Swatch Group has an international Customer Service network covering more than 125 countries. All service centres throughout the world work to quality criteria fixed by the Swatch Group Quality Management. Swatch Group can guarantee that customer’s watches will be restored to perfect working order by qualified watchmakers.

   Swatch Group Nordic’s service centre in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden are also part of this network. In these four Nordic countries we have fully equipped workshops and specially trained watchmakers to take care of our brands.

Water resistance
Every watch will remain water resistant to its informed depth provided that the crown, pushers, crystal, case and gaskets remain intact. We recommend you to have the water resistance checked once a year by a service centre or agent, if possible before the bathing season. Never leave the crown in a pullet-out position in bathrooms or other moist areas.

Service intervals
Like any high-precision instrument, a watch needs to be serviced regularly in order to work perfectly. Obviously, we cannot indicate the intervals for such work, which depends on the model, climate and the care taken by the watch’s owner. As a general rule, service intervals are between 4 and 5 years, depending on the use of the watch. (No distinction between mechanical and modern watches.)

Warranty
All our brands has a warranty period of two (2) years from the date of the purchase, except Omega watches with the co-axial movement which has three (3) years from the date of purchase. A carried out repair has a warranty time of two (2) years for Omega, one (1) year for all our other brands.

This warranty covers all the material and manufacturing defects. Should such defects appear within the warranty period, your watch will be repaired free of charge at your nearest authorized repair agent in any of more than 125 countries. Normal wear and tear is not included in the warranty.
